1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Jello Spratt (operating Desingero), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you determine that our programs do not meet your expectations, you may request a 100% full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial transaction.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund under our guarantee:
- Send an email to billing@desingero.shop or support@desingero.shop.
- Include your account email address and approximate date of purchase.
- Our billing department will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel any recurring plan at any time without fees:
- Self-Service Cancellation: Log into your member account dashboard and select "Cancel".
- Assisted Cancellation: Alternatively, contact our support team at (214) 840-9044 or email support@desingero.shop, and we will cancel future renewals on your behalf.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to your enrolled materials until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
